Yes but if your going to give a horrible score you should provide a reason why u didn't like it, they get experience points for writing reviews it just makes sense!

One thing is to zero bomb, another thing is to vote normally. Maybe people think your submissions aren't good. That doesn't mean they are zero bombers. If you want feedback and criticism you can always ask the Review Request Club.
